"How do I know you're a reputable business, and that you'll really send my order?"
We all know what it's like to shop online, and not know if a store is really open or if they will fill the order when we send them money. All of us here shop online ourselves, and share your concerns! The only way we can show you our company's great reputation is by the opinions of our customers. If you click on the feedback tab at the top of the site, you'll see some of the many wonderful comments emailed to us!
A couple of years ago, we offered our address labels on eBay in addition to this website. 933 customers left us positive feedback, there were absolutely NO negative comments in our years of selling there! "Do you have a printed catalog so I can order by mail?"
Although our business is over 6 years old, we are still adding so many new designs to the site, a printed catalog would be outdated the day after we printed it! Also, ordering online allows you to preview your label and type your personalization so there are no errors in interpretation of handwritten orders. The internet is a GREAT way to shop for personalized items!
"I'm nervous about giving my credit card information online."
These days, banks transmit information from your checks electronically, so, there isn't much getting around it anymore! There are only two people in our billing office with access to your credit card records. Your card information is not saved, but automatically removed from our system as soon as payment has cleared.
Safe shopping is important to everyone and we have gone to great lengths technology-wise. As soon as you begin the payment details process on the second page of the cart, every bit of information that is transferred between us is encrypted using powerful 128-bit encryption algorithms. Even if someone could intercept the data over the internet, there is not a thing they could do with it. This can be safer with internet shopping than with traditional mail or telephone shopping.
It is easy to determine if your connection is secure; on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock, this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address). A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data.
"If I need help, how do I contact you?"
Just email us, we'll be glad to help! Our offices operate out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Our business hours are 9am-11pm CST, Monday through Saturday, and 11am-9pm CST on Sunday. We are an e-commerce business, which means all transactions are handled through our website, there is no phone ordering at this time. This decision was made because taking orders and personalization over the phone left us prone to errors. Emails also allow any customer care team member to see the entire history of a customer's contact with us, enabling any one of them to become familiar with the transaction and be of help.
Please know, there are real people here who love to help you. Emails get answered within minutes most of the time, about 24 hours at the most unless there is a posted holiday message. This customer care section should answer all of your questions, but if not, we are easily accessible, just click here to email us!
