With "Economy" shipping, the last day to send items AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS
is probably 12/7 -- this is an estimate only, we recommend ordering earlier.

With "Standard" shipping, the last day to send items AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS
is probably 12/9 -- this is an estimate only, we recommend ordering earlier.

With "Express" shipping, the last day to send items AS CHRISTMAS GIFTS
is 12/15 -- guaranteed by the USPS.

BUT...
For your OWN Christmas cards and labels, since you have to allow for mailing time,
order at least a week earlier than the above dates.

1. If you have ANY deadline in November/December, PLEASE choose our "Standard" or "Express" shipping methods. The USPS will be delayed as it gets busier, and weather gets tricky.
2. Personalized items cannot be returned if they don't arrive by a deadline; they cannot be resold. Please choose shipping wisely and order EARLY.
3. We are unable to rush holiday orders; wedding and new baby orders are time sensitive too.
4. Holiday orders are placed all year, so if you don't read this and mistakenly order on 12/20 for delivery this Christmas, we will not know to question it!

HOW TO CALCULATE SHIPPING:
Shipping couldn't be easier because it's all flat-rate! There aren't any zones, weights, or figuring. Simply choose your shipping method in the shopping cart, and the price shown is for any quantity of merchandise, to any US destination.

SHIPPING SPECIALS:
We frequently offer extra-value and free shipping deals! If we are running a special, it will be posted in the shopping cart box to the right of the website. If you need an express mail service instead, a shipping credit will be issued so you can still benefit from the special.

SHIPPING FEES:
Please note, shipping times do not include order processing time! We suggest reading complete information on our store policies page about shipping and delivery.

· Economy shipping service is by US 1st class mail and takes APPROXIMATELY 7-10 days, plus order processing time. Please keep in mind that delivery times vary, and there is no tracking or delivery confirmation. If you must have your order by a certain date, you should consider the next two options instead.

· Standard shipping service is by US Priority Mail and takes APPROXIMATELY 3-5 days, plus order processing time. Delivery times vary; the USPS does not provide an exact delivery date, but, this method is consistently faster than the first. Delivery confirmation is available, but in-transit tracking is not.

· Express shipping service is by US Express mail. The USPS guarantees* this method will take 1-2 days, with weather and a few other exceptions. We know you are in a hurry and try to rush our processing time whenever possible. Both in-transit tracking and delivery confirmation is available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We love our friends around the world, but customs regulations make it impossible for us to ship internationally at this time, there are no exceptions. However, we will be offering a Canadian division of Doodlekins™ Family Labels and Stationery in 2008! For now, international customers may purchase items and have them shipped to a US address. (Please email us for cart instructions.)

SHIPPING ISSUES
If we make an error in shipping your package (incorrect address or postage, for example) and it is returned to us, we will reship at no cost to you.

If your package is returned to us under circumstances beyond our control, we will have to charge for reshipping. Some of the reasons are as follows:
- The address you provided was incorrect in the shopping cart
- The address you provided was missing an apartment or suite number
- The package is delivered to your old home after you have moved
- The package is delivered to your new home before you have arrived
- Your mail carrier leaves the package unattended at your residence, office, apartment front desk, etc. and it is lost or stolen. We do not require a signature release on packages unless you request it.
- You failed to receive a notice that the package was at your local post office and it got returned to us.

If we have completed and shipped your order but it is late due to carrier issues, and this delay causes you to no longer need the item for an event or holiday, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

Title transfers to buyer upon shipment. Since we have no control over orders once they leave our hands, we do not replace or refund orders with proof of SHIPMENT by Mabel Bean & Company, even if you have not received your package.

You are responsible for letting us know if an item has not been received within 30 days from time of order. We are unable to offer assistance beyond this time, regardless of the reason.


*Guarantee is made by the US Postal Service (USPS), not Mabel Bean & Company.
Please let us know if USPS is late with your Express package, we will file a shipping refund for you.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage or loss by the USPS - their decisions are final.
We do not issue refunds or compensation of any kind for USPS failures!
